This recipe elevates the gin martini to new heights by introducing Illusion Gin. Crafted with meticulously sourced botanicals in the heart of Istria, this gin boasts a depth of flavor that perfectly complements the dry vermouth.
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine 50ml of Eight Lands Organic Speyside Gin, 15ml of dry vermouth, and plenty of ice. Shake vigorously, then stir well to harmonize the flavors. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon zest for a final touch.
Sloe grapefruit crush
In the summer heat, our Illusion Sloe Gin pairs perfectly with the the vibrant notes of pink grapefruit juice. This cocktail is not only refreshingly delicious but also wonderfully sweet.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Gin Illussion Sloe Gin
- 50ml grapefruit juice
- 25ml lemon juice
- 12ml sugar syrup
- Ice
- Orange peel for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Illusion Gin Sloe Gin, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and sugar syrup. Add ice to the shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into a glass. Optionally, garnish with orange peel.
Dry Gin & Tonic
This iconic drink lets the gin shine, balanced by refreshing tonic. Just a few ingredients create a masterpiece!
Ingredients:
- 50ml Illusion London dry Gin
- 125ml Tonic Water (premium recommended)
- Lime wedge (squeezed + garnish)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
Chill: Fill a glass with ice, discard water after a minute.
Build: Add gin, squeezed lime juice, and fresh ice.
Top: Pour tonic water, stir gently.
Garnish: Add a lime wedge. Enjoy!
Berry Illusion Sloe Gin
Featuring a Berry Spritz that uses Illusion Sloe Gin, Prosecco and tonic water!
Ingredients:
- 40 ml Illusion Sloe Gin
- 90 ml Prosecco
- 30 ml Tonic Water
- 2 Raspberries
- 1 Limette Wedge
- Pinch of Freshly
- Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions:
Fill a wine glass with large ice cubes. Add the raspberries and limette wedge to the glass. Pour in the Illusion Sloe Gin, followed by the Prosecco and top with tonic water. Garnish with a final touch of freshly cracked black pepper and stir gently.
